Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ed ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the website located at 777ed.app and all associated services, games, betting products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the 777ed platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any way.

These Terms incorporate by reference the 777ed Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and the Platform. Use of specific products or features may be subject to additional terms communicated at the point of access.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on 777ed, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein. The Platform may use technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your 777ed account login credentials secure. You must not share your password with any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777ed support immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

777ed is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Verification ("KYC") is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.

KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued identity document — for Pakistani players, a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), both front and back, in legible condition.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa, confirmation that the registered mobile number matches the CNIC holder's name. For bank transfers, a recent bank statement or account confirmation letter from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah.
• Additional documentation may be requested at the Platform's discretion where enhanced due diligence is required.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or provision of fraudulent documentation, will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is complete. Deposits made prior to KYC completion are not refundable in cases of fraudulent documentation.

All KYC documentation submitted to 777ed is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely, used only for verification purposes, and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or by the Platform's regulatory obligations.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777ed are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not offer currency conversion services. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.

Deposits are credited to your account balance subject to successful payment processing confirmation. 777ed is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or telecommunications network issues. If a deposit does not appear within the stated processing window, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the name of the account holder — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed at the point of withdrawal request and are subject to change.
• The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

These Terms govern general conduct; product-specific rules take precedence over these Terms where they conflict on product-specific matters.

A bet is considered accepted only when it has been confirmed by the Platform's system and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal acknowledgements, screenshots of partially completed bet slips, or browser-side confirmations that have not been transmitted to the Platform's servers do not constitute accepted bets. The Platform's records are the authoritative source on bet status.

777ed reserves the right to void bets or adjust winnings in the following circumstances:

• Manifest error in odds, pricing, or market parameters (including technical errors producing clearly incorrect odds).
• Evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity in the underlying event.
• System malfunction that caused the bet to be accepted contrary to the Platform's intended operational rules.
• Bets placed after a result is known ("past posting").

Live game outcomes on casino products — including live dealer tables, RNG table games, and slots — are determined by certified random number generation systems and physical dealing equipment respectively. 777ed does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes within individual sessions.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 777ed may offer bonus funds, free spins, cashback offers, or other promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and expiry dates, which are communicated at the point of offer.

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.

• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to place bets, interact with games, or conduct any activity on the Platform that a human player would perform manually.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities knowingly, without reporting them to support immediately upon discovery.
• Any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

Responsible Gaming

777ed is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We acknowledge that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our obligations to minimise harm seriously. The following tools are available to all account holders within the Account Settings section after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a specified period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account will be inaccessible for the duration selected.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the period specified. Once self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by opening a new account.

Account Suspension and Termination

777ed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraud or money laundering; abuse of bonuses or promotions; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or any other circumstance in which continued account operation poses risk to the player, the Platform, or third parties.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player-initiated self-exclusion or a breach of these Terms, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Where closure is due to a material breach, the Platform reserves the right to withhold balance pending investigation. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, provided there are no pending bets or outstanding verification requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ed platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trade marks — is the property of 777ed or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 777ed platform without express prior written permission from the Platform. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ed shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or losses resulting from system downtime during sporting events or casino sessions.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

777ed does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Amendments to These Terms

777ed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will provide notice via email to the registered account address, or by displaying a notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure before the effective date. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the 777ed platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Players access the Platform subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction, and the Platform makes no representation that its services are appropriate or lawful in all locations.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, transaction, or account matter, the Platform's internal records — including server logs, transaction records, and game replay data — shall be the primary authoritative source. Disputes must be raised with 777ed support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. The Platform will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 28 days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and 777ed, you may seek resolution through applicable consumer protection bodies or dispute resolution services available in your jurisdiction. The Platform encourages good-faith resolution before any formal proceedings are commenced.
